A New Ministry

Better Together

In the summer of 2021, the Parishes of Lakes & Locks and Central Frontenac

joined to become the  Anglican Parish of Lakes and Locks and Central Frontenac.  Our five congregations share in ministry and in our desire to grow in faith

and reach out to our communities.  In May, 2026 the Right Reverend William Cliff, Bishop of Ontario, appointed the Reverend Robert Stewart

as Deacon-in-Charge of the parish.

The Parish of Lakes and Locks and Central Frontenac comprises the Churches of St. Mary's in Newboro, St. Andrew's in Sharbot Lake, and St. Paul's in Westport along with our two summer Churches of St. Stephen's in Bedford Mills and St. Andrew the Fisherman in Bob's Lake.
