Below are some of our plans so far
Sunday June 8th Anniversary Service
and Garden Party.
Bishop William will be joining us for our Anniversary service on Sunday June 8th. Followed by a Garden Party under the big tents on the Church Lawn.
Guest Celebrants and Preachers
Over the course of 2025 we will be welcoming back former Priest to Celebrate and Preach at some Sunday Services.
Windows of Grace Sermon Series
Our stained glass windows are not just beautiful but they have important stories to tell. Over the course of 2025 we will have a series of Morning Prayer Services with sermons on the biblical passages depicted in our windows.
Pioneer Service
Ever wonder what it would be like to experience a service 175 years ago? We will be holding a Eucharist Service from the 1662 version of the Book of Common Prayer as it served as the standard edition of the Prayer Book for Canadian Anglicans until 1922. Members of our congregation will be encouraged to dress in period clothing. This of course is not just a time for dress up but a full service of worship like those that came before us at St. Mary's would have regularly experience (Except we have indoor plumbing!)
Cemetery Memorial Service
We will be holding a Decoration Service at our Cemetery where some of the original members of St. Mary's are buried.
